  What if a group of young people had escaped the evacuation of Pripyat after the Chernobyl accident? Behind this idea, one can only find a bittersweet story in which, above the probable dramatic outcome, friendship and enthusiasm for life can be glimpsed. Everything is open in the end, it's better that way.
  
  "Sunday Afternoons in Pripyat" is the new single from Slovenska Televiza, released by the Barcelona label Manufactured Desire Records. It is an ultra-limited edition of only 22 lathe-cut vinyl copies that, in addition to the main track, includes the instrumental "Micromegas" on side B.
  
  Each cover has been made by hand in paper and binding cloth, designed by Wladyslaw Trejo in collaboration with the prestigious Ukrainian photographer Maxim Dondyuk. The cover image was rescued from the exclusion zone along with other photographs, postcards and family footage urgently abandoned by the disaster and exposed to weather and radiation for decades. Lost memories that Maxim Dondyuk tries to reconstruct in his "Untitled Project from Chernobyl".

  ¿Y si un grupo de jóvenes hubiera esquivado la evacuación de Pripyat tras el accidente de Chernobyl? Tras esta idea sólo cabe encontrar una historia agridulce en la que por encima del probable desenlace dramático, pueden atisbarse la amistad y el entusiasmo por la vida. Todo queda abierto al final, es mejor así.
  
  "Tardes de domingo en Pripyat" es el nuevo single de Slovenska Televiza, publicado por el sello barcelonés Manufactured Desire Records. Es una edición ultralimitada de sólo 22 copias de vinilo lathe-cut que además del tema principal incluye el instrumental "Micromegas" en la cara B.
  
  Cada funda ha sido realizada a mano en papel y tela de encuadernación con diseño de Wladyslaw Trejo en colaboración con el prestigioso fotógrafo ucraniano Maxim Dondyuk. La imagen de portada fue rescatada de la zona de exclusión junto a otras fotografías, postales y filmaciones familiares abandonadas urgentemente por el desastre y expuestas a la climatología y a la radiación durante décadas. Memorias perdidas que Maxim Dondyuk trata de reconstruir en su "Untitled Project from Chernobyl".
